赛制：海选在各大赛区依次进行，在海选中表现优异者可获得由评委商讨颁发的PASS卡，即可直接进入全国三百强突围赛。其他选手将在分赛区选拔赛中继续角逐最后晋级全国300强突围赛的名额。
【2.全国300强突围赛】
突围赛说明：“全国300强突围赛”，共8场，分为两轮，最终选出全国20强晋级10强突围赛。
【第一轮】：六场50进10的突围赛 产生全国60强
第一轮50进10赛制说明：在赛制上，参加首场突围赛的五十位选手首先抽签选择各自的号码。第一轮，根据号码顺序，将选手分为10组，每组5人，轮流演唱。评委将对每组的5人进行集中点评，淘汰1-2人，对于特别优秀的选手，评委可以给予直接晋级，但是整轮晋级名额不超过3个，其余选手待定。第一轮演唱完毕之后，评委将根据整体水平，对所有待定选手进行再次宣布，部分淘汰，部分晋级，其余再次待定选手进入第二轮的演唱。第二轮，选手之间将进行分组PK演唱，从而产生最后的10强名单。
